I stopped at a local supermarket on the way home for "art supplies." Tonight, my canvas would be a 12-inch whole wheat pizza crust. My paints: extra virgin olive oil, a 6 oz. can of tomato paste, some italian seasoning, half a pound of shredded mozzarella cheese, more italian seasoning, and a generous topping of sliced nopalitos. Baked at 425° for about 12 minutes.
